The CRIR program is specifically designed to provide the residential agent with the special knowledge and tools to work effectively with, and for, such residential investors. In addition, you receive professional certification, and your own credentials webpage, which is a powerful tool to lock in that investor client.
To Earn The Designation
To earn the designation, you must complete 11 classes and pass a comprehensive final examination. The exam is an open book, comprehensive review that you take at home. Your exam is part test and part essay.
Upon successful completion, the Institute will then provide your Certificate, a license to use the Certified Residential Investor Representative (CRIS) title, a CD containing practical forms that you can use right away in your practice, and a profile page with the Institute that displays your own practice areas so potential clients can find you easily. You can get warm and hot leads as a result. As your practice evolves, simply provide us with any changes and we'll update your profile!.
