This course is approved for 3 clock hours of continuing education credit by the Maine &New Hampshire Real Estate Commissions.

About The Provider: Arthur Gary has been a real estate broker for over twenty years. He has taught real estate courses for over sixteen years and has been a practicing buyer's agent for over thirteen years.

Arthur has given real estate courses throughout the Northeast for various boards of REALTORS®, Century 21, the University of Southern Maine, GRI and numerous real estate companies.

Arthur was honored by being selected as the 1993 and 1996 Real Estate Educator of the Year, by REEA Maine. His 'Associate Broker Practice' course was selected as the 1993 and 1999 Prelicensing Course of the Year, his 'Associate Broker Legal Issues' as the 1994 Prelicensing Course of the Year, the course 'You Worked Hard For Your License - Don't Let It Be Taken Away' was awarded the Continuing Education Course of the Year
for 1996, and the course 'Multiple Offers- The Licensee's Role' was also awarded the Continuing Education Course of the Year for 1999, by the Real Estate Educators Association of Maine.

Arthur was also honored by being selected the Portland Board of REALTORS®, REALTOR OF THE YEAR for 1998.
