Basic Income/Expense Analysis
Our Basic Income/Expense Analysis course will help students to learn the basic terminology of property financial analysis. They will also learn how to apply those concepts to produce an annual income and expense statement for residential income property, which can be used by an investor buyer as a basis from which to make an offer.
This course includes:
- Deriving value for listing
- Deriving capitalization rate
- Available forms
- Gross income
- Operating expenses
- Cash flow analysis
- Debt coverage analysis
- Internal rate of return
This course can be taken independently for professional development, or in conjunction with other courses to earn the Certified Commercial Sales Specialist (CCSS) or Certified Residential Investor Representative (CRIR) designation.
