Negotiating The Contract For Residential Investors
Objective: To prepare the residential agent to assist in the negotiations leading to a contract on behalf of a buyer client who is an investor, not an owner-occupant.
This is an intermediate level class focusing on commonly used negotiation techniques used by investors which then will be reflected in the Contract.
This course covers:
- Prioritizing client's objectives
- Researching the property
- Transaction structure alternatives
- Common trade-offs
- Strengths and weaknesses
This course can be taken independently for professional development, or in conjunction with other courses to earn the Certified Residential Investor Representative (CRIR) designation.
