The Certified Commercial Sales Specialist designation provides advanced education, knowledge, and sales training for Commercial Real Estate agents. To Earn The Certified Commercial Sales Specialist Designation To earn the CCSS designation, you must complete 15 classes and pass a comprehensive final examination. The exam is an open book, comprehensive review that you take at home. Your exam is part test and part essay.
