Topics on the Oregon Real Estate License Exam

The Oregon real estate licensing exam is composed primarily or multiple choice questions covering both national and state-specific information. Exam topics include real estate law, ownership, land use controls and regulations, disclosures, valuation, financing, titling, taxes, and contracts.

Oregon Real Estate License Requirements

The following lists any applicable pre-licensing, continuing education, renewal, and reciprocity requirements for Alaska real estate licensing.

Continuing Education And/Or License Renewal Requirements:
  • Real estate professionals in Oregon must renew their real estate licenses every two years by the last day of their birth month
  • Licensees must complete 30 hours of real estate CE classes, including the 3-hour legal course
